The Windows 10 Pro 5 PC pack gives you one genuine Windows 10 Pro product key that activates up to five computers, bought once with no subscription. You enter the same 25-character key on each machine, so the pack covers five PCs in total: an office of five desks, a family with several PCs, a classroom corner or a workshop. The key arrives by email with the Windows 10 download link and our activation guide.
Buyers usually choose this pack for one reason: they have several capable computers that cannot run Windows 11 and need them licensed properly and consistently on Windows 10 Pro. The five activations do not have to be used together, so you can activate one PC today and the rest later, upgrading some machines from Home in place and giving others a clean install.
Five. The single product key in this pack activates up to five computers and will not activate a sixth. Windows desktop licenses are assigned to a device, not to a person: people sometimes search for a “Windows 10 Pro 5 user” license, but what matters is the number of PCs, regardless of how many people sign in to each one. Once all five activations are in use the key is fully used, so decide in advance which machines should get them. If you need more than five, combine this pack with single Windows 10 Pro product keys.
| Option | Covers | Hardware | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Windows 10 Pro 5 PC pack (this page) | 5 PCs | No TPM 2.0 needed | Several older PCs need Pro |
| Windows 10 Pro single key | 1 PC | No TPM 2.0 needed | You have one or two machines |
| Windows 11 Pro 5 PC pack | 5 PCs | TPM 2.0 and supported CPU on each | Your PCs pass the Windows 11 check |
| Windows 10 Enterprise | 1 PC | No TPM 2.0 needed | IT needs AppLocker or Credential Guard |
The pack exists to make licensing a group of PCs simpler than five separate checkouts, and the price shown at the top of this page covers the key and all five activations. If every one of your computers already meets the Windows 11 requirements, the Windows 11 Pro pack is the better long-term buy because it is still supported.
A little preparation keeps the activation of several machines tidy:
For each computer, note the name, serial number and current edition (Settings › System › About). PCs on Windows 10 Home can be upgraded in place; machines with a blank drive or a broken system need a clean install.
Store the key in a password manager and list each computer, with its name and activation date, in a simple spreadsheet as you go. You will always know how many of the five activations are in use, and support requests go faster.
Computers that never connect to the internet, such as a production-line PC, can be activated by phone with the same key. Run slui 4 on that machine and follow the prompts; the same route rescues an online activation that fails, and our support team helps by email if you get stuck.
Make a single bootable USB stick from Microsoft’s download page and reuse it. Each installation is then activated with the same product key from your order email.
It can be, as long as you treat it as a bridge rather than a permanent setup. Regular Windows 10 patching from Microsoft ended on October 14, 2025. The consumer ESU program, which runs until October 12, 2027, is aimed at individuals. Businesses can extend patching with Microsoft’s paid commercial ESU subscription, available for up to three years from end of support through Microsoft and its partners, and it is not included with this key. Read Windows 10 end of support and our Windows 10 ESU guide before deciding.
Typical reasons small offices still license Windows 10 Pro:
Every PC you activate with this pack keeps a path to Windows 11. Any machine that later meets the hardware requirements can usually take Microsoft’s free upgrade from activated Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro, carrying its digital license with it. That makes the pack useful in a mixed office: older PCs stay on Windows 10 Pro, while any that qualify move up without a new key. Our guide to upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 covers the compatibility check and the upgrade itself.
Windows 10 Home has none of these tools; the Windows 10 Home vs Pro comparison lists every difference.
| Item | Each PC needs | Note for older office hardware |
|---|---|---|
| Processor | 1 GHz or faster | Almost any business desktop from the last decade qualifies |
| Memory | 2 GB for 64-bit (1 GB for 32-bit) | 8 GB keeps several office apps responsive |
| Storage | 32 GB | Swapping a hard disk for an SSD revives tired PCs |
| Graphics | DirectX 9 graphics with a WDDM 1.0 driver | Integrated graphics are enough |
| TPM 2.0 | Not required | The main reason these PCs stay on Windows 10 |
The key is paid for once, and each of its five activations keeps one computer licensed for as long as that computer is in use. After reinstalling Windows, replacing a failed drive or adding memory on an activated PC, you only re-enter the same key if Windows asks for it, because the activation is tied to that machine. Retiring a PC does not hand its activation back for a new one: a replacement computer, or a new motherboard in an old case, needs a license of its own. The key covers Windows 10 Pro; it does not include later Windows versions, so any later step up to Windows 11 depends on whether each PC qualifies for Microsoft’s free upgrade. If your office grows beyond five desks, simply add single keys or another pack.
Yes, when it comes from an accountable seller. This pack is one genuine Windows 10 Pro product key with five activations, and every activation is checked by Microsoft online or by phone, exactly as for a single-PC key. Be wary of offers that promise unlimited activations or rely on a third-party activation tool, because genuine Windows 10 Pro keys do not work that way. With this pack you get a 180-day refund if the key has not been redeemed, free replacement if the key ever stops working through no fault of yours, and a store operated by Makers Unity LLC, a Microsoft partner. The key activates up to five PCs, so it will be refused on a sixth; if it fails on one of your first five, try phone activation with slui 4. If you see “This edition can’t be activated with this key”, the machine is still on Home or another edition, so convert it to Pro first. Codes such as 0xC004F074 are covered in fixing activation error 0xC004F074 and Windows key not working?. Reply to the delivery email with the PC name and the error code and we will help.

Worked a treat. The key took a bit to come through, which was slightly frustrating, but it worked in the end. Runs smoothly with no compatibility problems.
Instant delivery — exactly what I needed. The key worked on the first attempt. Really pleased. 10/10 would order again.
Does the job perfectly. Honestly great value compared to buying from Microsoft directly. No issues so far after a few weeks of use. Happy to recommend this to friends.
No complaints at all — everything worked as described. Couldn’t justify the full retail price — this was a much smarter option. Runs smoothly with no compatibility problems. Will definitely come back when I need another licence.
