Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. The digital products can only be returned after you have signed a non-use declaration related to the purchased product.
Any digital product that has been installed and/or activated is not eligible for refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or used . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Kymakers.com or send your item to: 71-75, SHELTON STREET, COVENT GARDEN, LONDON.

Process of refunds within 30 days
In case, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you decide that you no longer need the purchased product, you are eligible for a full refund of your order. In order to return a product within the 30-day grace period please follow the steps below:
*Note: Products which have already been used are not subject to return
- Send us a request for refund with the information about your order (e.g. order number, phone number, screenshot of the invoice). Please, email it to: support@Kymakers.com
- After we receive your request and track your order we will issue a No-Use Declaration Form which is filled with your personal and order information.
- After receiving the No-Use Declaration, we will process your return and refund the product within 48 hours.
- Please, keep in mind that money arrival date depends on the bank, but it should reach you between 5-7 working days.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to support@Kymakers.com before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
How can I cancel an order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email support@Kymakers.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@Kymakers.com (and include your original order number) and we’ll take a look!
I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?
