Where do I find my Installation ID?

Open any Microsoft Office app → Account → Activate → select “Telephone activation”. Your Installation ID (A–G groups) will appear in the activation wizard window.

Where can I find my Tempcode?

It’s included in the product email we sent to the address used during checkout—right next to your product key.

The GetCID doesn’t work

Make sure the Installation ID is copied exactly. Typing it manually is recommended instead of uploading an image. If the issue persists, contact support@kymakers.com .
